From Ryan Murphy, the creator of "Nip/Tuck," comes GLEE, a new comedy for the aspiring underdog in all of us.
The series follows an optimistic teacher, Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison), who -- against all odds and a malicious cheerleading coach -- attempts to save McKinley High's Glee Club from obscurity, while helping a group of aspiring underdogs realize their true star potential.
Typically I’m in bed and asleep about the same time as the average eight-year-old. After Jeopardy I head upstairs for my night time routine and it’s lights out by 9:00, occasionally 9:30 and never later than 10 on a work night. So when I first read about a new television show, Glee, on Fox, that was getting an early positive buzz I was initially disappointed that the one hour show didn’t even start until 9:00PM. Regardless of how great the entertainment is I have a problem staying awake until 10:00PM. Then I remembered Hulu.com and knew my problem was solved – I could watch any darn time I wanted and trust me, you’ll want to watch it too. It is hysterical comedy, teenage angst drama, occasionally poignant, quirky characters, fabulous writing and best of all, singing and dancing. I could go on and on about it but it will be much, much better if you just take the time to watch it.
I love this show so much too. Esp when they started singing Journey songs.
